6/24/08 - Senator McIlhinney remarks on SB 1274, honoring Officer Brian Gregg, a Newtown Borough Police Officer who was killed in the line of duty on September 29, 2005.  This bill designates the Newtown 413 Bypass as the Officer Gregg Memorial Bypass.
