• Senate Bill 101, Printer's Number 153 (Smucker) - Increases the penalties for a violation of the Sunshine Act.
• Senate Bill 104, Printer's Number 87 (Folmer) - Sets requirements for state-owned vehicle use.
• Senate Bill 106, Printer's Number 89 (Ward) - Proposes an amendment to the Pennsylvania Constitution prohibiting a sine die legislative session following the November general election in even-numbered years.
• Senate Bill 109, Printer's Number 90 (Folmer) - Creates the Taxpayer-Funded Advertising Transparency Act, which requires disclosure when taxpayer funds are used for advertising.
• Senate Bill 717, Printer's Number 701 (Wozniak) - An Act designating and adopting the Piper J-3 Cub as the official airplane of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Senate Bill 637, Printer's Number 645 (Ward) - Requires public work contractors to use the federal E-verify system to establish legal employment status as a precondition of being awarded a contract for a public work.
